It takes significant funding for the PTA to support your child and the school in so many ways. Whether it is touch screen Chromebooks, media center furniture, Leader in Me curriculum, teacher training, STEM equipment, recreation equipment, cultural assemblies or fun family events the PTA provides that support through generous donations.

Boosterthon Fun Run

Boosterthon at Ballantyne Elementary is a fun, high-energy fundraising event where students collect donations to support the school, culminating in a school-wide Fun Run and Fifth Grade Color Run. The program includes a kickoff event, online fundraising to get families and students involved, and character-building assemblies all week long. Students, families, and teachers participate to raise funds and celebrate their hard work on the big event day, which helps the school achieve its financial goals. 

In an effort to jumpstart our fundraising goals, we have moved our Boosterthon Fun Run to October 2025..
bears night out
Take a night off from cooking, kick back and give back! BES has partnered with several local establishments to bring you Ballantyne Bear's Night Out (BBNO) where a portion of sales for the day/evening are given back to our PTA just by you eating out!

Capital Campaign
The funds from this short drive provide our children with needed materials, technology, and support for the full year. All funds donated go directly to the programs that enhance our children's education. 

Corporate Matching
If you have donated to the school many employers will match that donation and your contribution can go twice as far!  Click below to learn how to "double your donation" and to make sure you provide us with all of the necessary information needed for that match to count for your child in campaign incentives!

General Donations
Making a general donation to the Ballantyne Elementary School PTA benefits our entire community AND it is quick and easy!  While these donations will not count towards our Annual Capital Campaign incentives, this is the way to give back all year long!

Paint the Rock
For a small $5 donation you can reserve the rock for your child's birthday.  100% of these donation go towards the programs and materials that we supply to the school.
