You only have until Friday, April 2nd, to upload your child’s headshot portrait to be included in the 2020-2021 yearbook!
Without your upload, your child WILL NOT APPEAR in the book this year. Do not let them have the dreaded stick figure picture with their name under it!
It is super easy to upload your student’s headshot portrait:
1. Log in to your TreeRing account and make sure the right student is selected at the top. If you do not see this screen upon logging in, click on “Kid Yearbooks” over there on the lefthand side:

2. Scroll down to click on “Share Your Photos”:
3. Click on “Shared Photo Folders”
4. Find the folder for your child’s teacher (they are sorted by grade) and click to open it.
5. Click to “Add Photos” and select your photo to upload, remebering these tips:

· Photo should only be from the shoulders up
· Only one person in the image
· Use a simple background that does not distract from your child
· Vertical portrait photo orientation (not landscape)
· Smile!
5. Click to “Add Photos” and select your photo to upload, remebering these tips:

6. If you have other candid shots of your child for our photo collage pages you can upload them right into your teacher albums as well (or upload them into one of the other miscellaneous albums or email them to [email protected]…we will take them however you give them to us!)
